- Creating Awareness, Responsibility, Ownership and a Plan of Action for your process of healing and recovery
- Having fun exploring concepts based on ‘Transactional Analysis, The Gentle Path and The Gateway Journey’
- Creating your own loving support structure and system that is based on the notion that healing and recovery requires us to identify ‘The Healer Within’
- Utilising a variety of tools and ‘mindfulness’ techniques to connect with ‘The Healer Within’
